Hydrogen Information Station
This is the first website I created since graduating from college - coded entirely in Notepad. The idea for this site came from a presentation I did for an Environmental Science class. I had a hard time finding information on hydrogen being used as a fuel. So I figured I would use the research I had done to create a site that presented information on the different aspects of hydrogen fuel in a easy to understand manner.
The background for the site is a little unusual. I used Photoshop to create visually interesting representations of hydrogen atoms. The navigation buttons are the other part of the site that gives it a different look. First of all the opacity of the images used for the buttons was turned down. This gives the buttons a certain amount of transparency. When the buttons are rolled over the images are swapped for bright green duplicates. This gives the illusion of the buttons lighting up.
